What they needed. A regional publication that could reuse what the Cluj sites already produce, without copy-pasting between three admins.
What they got. A third site on the same admin: an article is cloned to a sister site with one click, keeping its images and author; users and roles are shared but scoped per site; each site keeps its own theme, domain and language settings. The theme is the same newspaper model with its own colours and sections.
Numbers. Three publications, one login, one server. A new publication is an afternoon of configuration, not a project.
