1. Controller
The controller of personal data collected through glook42.com is SEONID STUDIO S.R.L., a Romanian company registered at the Cluj Trade Registry under no. 2. What we collect and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, your email address, the message, and optionally the address of your current website and attachments you choose to add. We use them to answer you and, if it comes to that, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for 24 months after the last exchange, or longer if they become part of a contract.
Server logs
Our servers record the IP address, the requested page, the time, the browser identification and the referring page of each request. We use these logs to keep the website secure and to diagnose errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 30 days.
Spam protection
The contact form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person. Cloudflare may process technical data about your browser for this purpose under its own privacy policy.
3. Cookies
The website sets only cookies it needs to work:
- g42_lang: remembers the language you chose, for one year.
- _csrf_ds: protects the contact form against forged submissions; set when you submit a form, for the session.
- A session cookie when you sign in to the administration area, which visitors never do.
We do not use advertising cookies. If we ever add an analytics tool, this section will say which and you will be asked first where the law requires it.
4. Who else sees the data
The website runs on servers in the European Union operated by us; the connection passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the content delivery network and protection against attacks and may process technical connection data in its own data centres. Email reaches us through our own mail server. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone else, unless the law obliges us to.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its processing, its transfer to you in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority of your country.
6. No automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile visitors.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
