What they needed. A shop for skis, snowboards and boots that already had its stock listed on OLX, and no time to type every listing twice. Buyers needed filters that make sense for this gear: length, flex, binding type, size, condition.
What they got. The marketplace model: listings with typed, filterable features, brand pages, media galleries, promotions and bundles, a Google Merchant feed, and an OLX import that keeps the catalogue in sync and detects sold items. The owner manages everything from one admin; the storefront is mobile-first with a photo-led hero.
Numbers. From zero to live in two weeks. Around 1,500 listings in stock at any time, imported and updated automatically.
